8 Week Group Singing Course

Service Description
This fun eight week course aims to help students develop confidence in their voice and develop an understanding of the pillars of good vocal technique and how singer's train them. Step by step we will explore the fundamental principles of a singer's alignment, breath management, phonation, resonation and articulation as well as looking at the importance of emotional connection and primal sound to healthy vocal production. The course will explore the use of our whole body as we sing, and provide exercises and learning opportunities to explore fundamental vocal concepts that lead to healthy free vocal production. Over the 8 week period, students will have a chance to engage in both group and solo performance with an opportunity to perform an individual piece in a group concert in the final week. Come and sing in a fun, safe, supportive atmosphere and find your voice in our 8 week singing course! Display folder and sheet music provided. Please bring pencil, rubber, notebook, water bottle and a towel or yoga mat for breathing exercises!!
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Every studio has a set of rules by which they run, so we think it best you know up-front what our terms and conditions are! • Fees will be invoiced on a ‘per term’ basis prior to the lesson block commencing, except where other arrangements have been made with us personally. • Twenty four (24) hours notice is required to cancel an appointment without the client being charged for the appointment. Appointments missed through the clients non-attendance will be charged for. • Make-up appointments may be scheduled due to missed appointments within the lesson block period. 24hrs notice will be provided by 2Sing and we will endeavour to find a time at which the student can attend. • Fair Go Policy: where multiple appointments are missed by a client due to extreme illness or accident during the term, 2Sing Studio will consider refund or transfer of lessons to the next term upon negotiation with the student/guardian. • Teaching holidays and Public holidays will be confirmed at the beginning of the calendar year, but may be subject to change. • A replacement teacher may be used to facilitate any appointment in the case of the clients assigned teacher being absent for any reason. • Appointments changed or cancelled by 2Singstudio due to unforeseen circumstances will be carried forward in credit or refunded. • In the event that default of payment of any given account occurs, and action is taken to recover that debt, the client shall incur all costs accrued by the debt collector in recovering the debt
